What is Total Member Involvement?
Total Member Involvement is a full-scale, world-church evangelistic thrust that involves every member, every church, every administrative entity, every type of public outreach ministry, and personal and institutional outreach.
What is the Farming Cycle?
The “Farming Cycle” or Multiply Cycle is a model for disciple-making, extending the biblical metaphor of agriculture to guide churches in sharing the gospel and nurturing believers.
The cycle provides a systematic, intentional framework for churches and individuals to engage in disciple-making activities. It helps churches manage their resources effectively, avoid duplication of efforts, and maximize their impact.
The cycle encourages a cohesive and holistic approach to evangelism, rather than relying on disjointed or personality-driven efforts. The ultimate goal is to move beyond making converts to making disciples who then go on to make more disciples, thereby multiplying the church and the Kingdom of God.
